At Scruffi, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right, quickly and simply.

Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days within Singapore, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase:

Returns will be arranged by Scruffi
We will provide a return waybill, so you do not need to arrange shipping yourself
Please follow the return instructions provided by our team to ensure smooth processing

If you receive an item that is:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

In such cases:

We may request photo or video proof of the defect or issue
Once verified, we will either:
- Send a replacement item, or
- Issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference

In certain cases, we may ship a replacement item without requiring a return of the defective or incorrect product.

Once a return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the outcome
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used, unless defective.
